I contacted Myers Home Improvements about siding our house, and Al and I set up an appointment to discuss all the aspects of doing the job.

We felt very comfortable with how our meeting went and decided to have Myers Home Improvements do the job. We had picked a color that no one else had, so we were not able to go see another house; however, we all thought it would work.

Al and his crew came and did a great job, and after a week or two, I had seen one small piece that needed some attention, and they came over and fixed it without any hassle. Al even called me with a thought of how I could save a few dollars. I also had them put another door in my garage.

All in all, I would recommend Myers Home Improvements to anyone. And if I need to do any more home improvements, I will call Al Myers.

We had Myers Home Improvements replace our very large living room window as well as two upstairs’ bedroom windows. We like the look of the Aeris windows as well as the fact that they tip in for easy cleaning. The stain of the window matched the color of our trim perfectly.

They also replaced our siding with Prodigy insulated siding. The crew did a nice job with the trim work around all the windows and doors. Our house looks great and we notice that it is quieter and it will be much warmer this winter. We wanted to see the siding on a house so we visited Al in Grundy Center and he showed us homes with the Prodigy siding. We were glad we did this as we ended up with a darker color that looks fantastic with our white trim. The new siding truly updated the look of our late 70s home. The crew cleaned up at the end of each day and was very gracious. Al was very good to work with, attending to all of our needs.

Words can’t tell you how happy we are with the work you did on our home. Each day we marvel at the transformation you made possible—it practically seems like magic! We would have a hard time saying if we like the siding or windows best. We had been into wood all the years we lived here and we really wondered if we would like it, but knew we needed something more maintenance-free if we were going to stay in this home. The change is unbelievable. We were prepared to tolerate the vinyl windows to get the features we wanted. Instead, we love the windows—they look so clean & clear. We spent months trying to decide what to do with the house and then got estimates from 4 different contractors. Then it became a no-brainer. Myers Home Improvements had the quality products and were spectacular to work with. We couldn’t find a better contractor anywhere. An added help in deciding color (that was tough for us!) was Al’s tour around the Grundy Center area to look at homes they had done in any of the colors we were interested in. I don’t know how we’d have ever settled on a color without the tour. Looking at a small sample of siding didn’t help us decide—we needed to see an entire home.For anyone considering siding or windows and who is concerned about all the mess, Myers Home Improvements is super. Would you believe one of the guys goes around the house & vacuums up the mess as soon as they finish that window? Plus, they cleared up outside, too. We couldn’t have asked for anyone more meticulous to be in our home. The crew was friendly & professional.

We would invite Myers Home Improvements to bring anyone to our home to see the results and would really like them to bring prospective customers inside to see the windows. My husband and I met Al Myers and talked with him for several years at a local home show. We really liked his insulated Alside Prodigy vinyl siding as well as his ProVia windows and doors. We had been do-it-yourselfers for most of our home projects, so were having a difficult time figuring out just what to do or who to hire.

We really liked Al himself and had him come and give us an estimate. Al was not a high-pressure salesperson but yet, he firmly believes in his products. He took us on a tour of his re-sided homes and we really loved the last one he showed us. It only took us seven years or so to pick out my favorite color. White. We liked the fact that Myers Home Improvements came from a smaller community. We were also impressed that Brian, like our own children, was an MCC graduate. So we hired them to do the job.

It only took the construction crew one day to replace 14 windows. Three days to put in new doors, fascia, soffits, and siding. The five-man crew cleaned up behind themselves and they were the most gracious young men. Their workmanship was superb. They had to rebuild the trim around our windows and match the stain colors. It looks so nice. The boys even vacuumed and rehung my curtains. They came back to hang shutters and clean the siding.

For future projects, we will not hesitate to call Al and Brian again.
